Tsukemen is Japanese dipping noodle or dipping ramen. It is a ramen dish in Japanese cuisine consisting of noodles which are eaten after being dipped in a separate bowl of soup. It is cold or hot ramen noodles served together with a hot dipping broth containing plenty of ingredients. There are some noodles that have been coated with seasonings. It has become much popular in Japan these days.
It suppresses leaving soup. It reduces food loss and contributes to the SDGs; Sustainable Development Goals. SDGs Goal 12 is "Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns". SDGs Target 12.3 is "By 2030, halve per capita global food waste at the retail and consumer levels and reduce food losses along production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses".
